German: Digitaler Verwaltungsakt

Data type: ElsterDIVADaten

Legally-binding PDF administrative acts (German: Verwaltungsakt nach § 122a AO). Currently mostly used for tax assessment notes (German: Steuerbescheid). In near future (starting 2026) tax administration plans to deliver most of writings in a digital form.

By default max. 1.000 entries are being returned, through all requested provision data types. If paginierungLetzteBestId is returned in Element PostfachAnfrageAntwort, there are more than requested max entries available for listing.

Retrieve (single)

Confirm (single)

/v2/diva/confirm/single

Confirmation should be performed max. 24 hours after first succesful retrieval of a retrieved Object UUID.

Names are case sensitive.

Official description of each provision data type can be found in table 9-7 of EHB for ERiC 41.

KMVProtokoll has a lot of dummy data, and can be used for testing pagination.

Some data types do not have any test data. It is planned to extend this catalog up to 1.000 document types in the near future.
